QUALITY ACCREDITATION


The key point in the realisation of APRE's mission is the capacity to provide its interlocutors a useful and reliable service, constant over time, and to satisfy their operative needs. The decision to set up a quality system arises from the need to provide clearer operative procedures and continuously control and improve the quality of its services.

In 2001 APRE obtained the quality accreditation to provide information and assistance concerning research programmes (UNI-EN-ISO 9001:2000) and in 2002, it was accredited to provide and design training activities for the same sector (UNI-EN-ISO 9002:2000).
The quality system lead to an analysis of the organisation internally, determination of management needs and selection of the appropriate operative solution.
This procedure is now an indispensable reference point for verifying its function periodically, pointing out and finding the solution of new problems by possibly improving all the instruments and procedures.
