APRE's activities involve providing information, training and assistance on research and technological innovation framework programmes in strict collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Universities and Research (MIUR) and the European Commission.

Personalised information provided by APRE's head office or its help desks by telephone, fax or electronic mail;

Organisation of conferences, seminars, targeted meetings and workshops that publicise information on EU R&TD programmes and outline how to participate;

Telematic information:

APRE's web site (www.apre.it). The site is structured as a guide containing information on EU R&TD programmes, not only on the framework programmes but also on other initiatives related to research and technological innovation such as those financed under the Structural Funds. From APRE's web site, it is possible to link directly to the European Commission's databanks, such as CORDIS, and to national ones, for instance the web sites of MIUR, APRE's members and various trade associations, in order to obtain more detailed and specialised information. In addition, information can be obtained about APRE, its members and main operators in the research sector;

Intranet network for APRE's members. In-depth and selected information is reserved only for APRE's members via Intranet. The network, operative since 1998, is a useful instrument for multilateral communication among APRE's head office, its help desks and all its members.
